A client call with your team in three cities means three clocks, two daylight-saving calendars and someone's public holiday. One wrong guess and the client waits on an empty call. That's how our founder lost a project worth around $2.3 million.
What AlignHour does for an agency
- Plan on the client's clock. Pick the time in your client's city. Everyone else, client team and your own team, sees it in their own local time.
- Your team and theirs, kept apart. Keep each client with their whole team and each person's city, and keep your own people as your team, so you invite the right specialists every time.
- Working hours for every person. AlignHour suggests times inside everyone's working hours and tells you when a time is outside someone's day ("fits 4 of 5").
- No calls on a public holiday. It warns you when the day is a public holiday in a client's or teammate's country.
- Invites from your own Google Calendar. One invite to everyone, with a Google Meet link if you don't add one. The invite can list who's joining and their local time.
- Replies, history and follow-ups. See who said yes, no or maybe, note how each meeting went, and plan the next one with a reminder.

- Private by default. Your client list is saved privately in your AlignHour account. No ads, no selling data, export or delete any time. Details in our Privacy Policy.
